Refund Policy

At Shirt Pixel BD, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for any return.

Please note that customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shirtpixelbd.com.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@shirtpixelbd.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Customized or personalized items

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first at support@shirtpixelbd.com. We will provide you with the return address and necessary instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
